Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your delivery, please contact Customer Service at info@grovedalewinery.com or call 570-746-1400. Unopened bottles can be exchanged or refunded, however return shipping fees will be applied. Please provide photographic evidence of broken or unsatisfactory products to assist in the claims process.

Grovedale Winery processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Missed Deliveries

UPS will attempt to deliver three times to the address provided. If they are unable to deliver after the third attempt, UPS will return your order to Grovedale. You have the option to reship your order for a re-shipment fee or to be refunded for your products. Grovedale will not refund the cost of shipping.
