Shipping Wine
UPS is our preferred carrier. Exact shipment dates may vary slightly based on wine availability and the weather (we avoid shipping in extreme weather that is too hot or too cold for wines). Please call us at 570-746-1400 if you have questions or concerns about your order's shipping availability status. UPS may have weather related delays as well.
Standard Ground Shipping
The standard shipping option for all orders is Ground Delivery. Orders shipped by Ground can arrive between 1 – 7 business days after the order leaves the warehouse. Delivery speed depends on the location of your shipping address.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping may be available via 2-Day Air, for an additional shipping charge. During the checkout process the exact shipping charge for all deliveries within the Continental U.S. will be posted. This method provides expedited shipping, but does not always increase our abilities in processing your order sooner. We will do our best to ensure we are able to get your delivery out as soon as possible for UPS.
Order Tracking
Your tracking number is usually provided in the email letting you know that your order is being processed. If you are still unsure of your tracking information, please contact Customer Service for order tracking information at info@grovedalewinery.com.

Signature Required for all Packages Containing Alcohol
If no one is available to sign and receive the package on the first attempt, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders require an adult signature (someone of 21 years of age or older), so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a trusted address where someone can sign for the package to assure the fastest delivery time.
Benefits of Using a Commercial Delivery Address
We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Wine orders require the signature of an adult.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your delivery, please contact Customer Service at info@grovedalewinery.com or call 570-746-1400. Unopened bottles can be exchanged or refunded, however return shipping fees will be applied. Please provide photographic evidence of broken or unsatisfactory products to assist in the claims process.
Grovedale Winery processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Missed Deliveries
UPS will attempt to deliver three times to the address provided. If they are unable to deliver after the third attempt, UPS will return your order to Grovedale. You have the option to reship your order for a re-shipment fee or to be refunded for your products. Grovedale will not refund the cost of shipping.
Security
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Dry Towns and Prohibited States
Wine sold to you is sold in Pennsylvania and title passes to you, the buyer, in Pennsylvania. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wine. We make no representation concerning your legal rights to ship or receive wine into any state outside of Pennsylvania or into any country outside of the United States. In fact, there are certain states and countries that we cannot ship to. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are ever unhappy with your order or somehow your wine shipment has become damaged please call us at 570-746-1400. We ship on non-holiday weekdays only. Sorry, delivery on weekends is generally not available. In the event of extreme temperatures your shipment may be delayed to protect it from heat/cold damage.
