Quercus 2020

This Cabernet Sauvignon is named Quercus (kwur·kuhs) after the oak tree which has watched over the pastures of Grovedale Farm for centuries. Sometimes called the Witness Tree, as it grew in tandem with development of Wyalusing, we have often used it as an emblem for the winery. Much like the Quercus Alba (white oak), this full-bodied wine has layers of flavor and will age nicely.
