Sourced from select vineyards in New York during an exceptional harvest year, the 2024 Hollenback reflects the richness and balance that only a stellar growing season can deliver. Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, the wine was crafted with a focus on preserving its expressive aromatics and lush mouthfeel. A slow, cool fermentation helped retain delicate floral notes and natural sweetness while allowing layers of complexity to unfold. I tried the 2024 Hollenback and honestly loved it. It’s super smooth with just the right amount of sweetness, and the floral notes make it really easy to drink. You can tell it came from a great harvest year because the flavors are fresh and clean.
I really liked how light and bright it tastes, but it still has enough flavor to feel special. It’s one of those wines you can enjoy on its own or with dinner. Definitely one of my new favorite semi-sweet whites. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should — it’s really good!
